New website launches for Leicester Fertility Centre

A new ‘one-stop shop’ website for Leicester Fertility Centre is now live.

The latest information and resources for patients, potential donors and healthcare professionals is presented on the user-friendly site for the Centre, which offers tailored fertility treatment, helping people across Leicestershire and Rutland to have families.

Since its establishment in 1989, the Centre has assisted in the conception of more than 1,000 babies. The multidisciplinary team consists of more than 25 colleagues – including Medical Consultants, Nurses, Embryologists and administrators.

One in six couples in the UK are likely to experience some form of infertility, but treatments have advanced and offer hope for people who have struggled to conceive naturally. Counselling services are also available for those who need support as they undergo fertility treatment.  

Consultant Gynaecologist, Neelam Potdar said: “Becoming a parent can be both an exciting and challenging time and that’s why our team at Leicester Fertility Centre are here to offer you the help and guidance you need to feel comfortable and supported as you begin your fertility journey.
