Researchers on the PERFORM trial (Personalised Exercise-Rehabilitation for people with Multiple long-term conditions (multi-morbidity)) are looking to speak to patients who experience multiple long-term conditions, the public, and health professionals, to help guide their future work.

PERFORM is a study looking into how exercise-based rehabilitation can help people with multiple long term conditions.

The discussion will be around the challenges of conducting trials.
