New funding programme to support health innovations in the East Midlands 

Health Innovation East Midlands has launched a new innovation funding programme, in partnership with Medilink Midlands.

The Health Innovation Fund offers support and financial aid (between £5,000 and £10,000) to East Midlands based SMEs or businesses working with a healthcare system partner in our region to further advance innovations that are ready for NHS uptake. 

It is aimed at late-stage innovations that are market ready but require an injection of funding to overcome barriers to market entry for successful deployment and scale with the potential for rapid economic return for the region.
